Car Show Display Flooring
Your car show display flooring can easily become the most cumbersome and expensive part of your car show display. When picking out a flooring you should think about the cost and portability of the material. Wood might look the best but it can be expensive, hard to transport and install.
Common types of flooring include:
-Carpet (Most Common)
– Graphic Vinyl
Billy’s ’56 Show Truck with gray carpeting. Routing wiring under carpeting is typically a simple process if the carpet is thick enough to hide the bumps created by the wires
Below -10’x20′ Custom Car Display with ’69 SCJ Mustang. A wood floor can look beautiful but create challenges for routing wires. LED back-lit marquees from ShowCar Pro add some visual impact to help the car standout.

MIke’s awesome “Shark Camaro” sits on plastic tile flooring. Several companies like RaceDeck & SwissTrax make these tiles floors. Like wood flooring, tile floors make routing wires challenging.
Below – The 1985 40th anniversary Mustang is sitting on extremely durable custom graphic flooring supplied through Showcar Pro.com. This flooring is tuff enough to drive a semi truck on yet can be rolled up like carpeting. The graphics are printed into the vinyl.
